Abuse & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy defines acceptable use of hosting services provided by AVE Studio.

1. Responsibility for Content

Clients are solely responsible for all content hosted on our infrastructure, including websites, applications, and data.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Defamation, false statements, or content harming reputation
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Unauthorized use of personal data or identity
• Illegal activities under applicable law
• Misleading medical or health-related claims

3. Abuse Handling

We take abuse reports seriously. Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may:

• Investigate the reported content
• Contact the client
• Temporarily disable access to the content
• Remove the content if necessary

4. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of repeated violations or serious abuse.

5. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable laws and may cooperate with legal authorities if required.
